With our Verified, Green and Orange Badge system (learn more in ‘About Us’), you can instantly recognize and connect with members who meet your preferences. Further you can exercise total control about who can view your profile and contact details.

In order to obtain the Verified Badge necessary verification needs to be carried out from the profile page. It must be ensured that the verification is done of the person who introduces the profile or the to be bride/ bride groom. For Defence Category the person should be one of the two mentioned here in before and also qualifying for the said Defence Category. Shadi Ka Sanjog upon verification of the document will award the Verified Badge.

Masked Aadhar is recommended. Other options- Aadhar/ Electricity Bill/ Driving License/ Passport. No Military IDs from Defence Category should be submitted.

No, these details will not be visible except the Blue Verified sticker in the profile, indicating that the profile is verified. Your presented document will be securely kept with Shadi Ka Sanjog.

In order to obtain a Green Batch the member should have already acquired the Verified Batch. Once the member has paid his Defence Category subscription, Shadi Ka Sanjog will get in touch with the said member and carry out the necessary verification of his defence background within the next two working days.

Firstly no documents or their copies will be collected. The verification will be carried out over a phone call. If required physical verification may be done by a visit and checking of the presented document such as I card, Canteen Card, ECHS Card, Veteran’s I Card, Serving Certificate or any other acceptable document.

Green Badge is being presented as a matter of right to the person meeting the desired criteria. Shadi ka Sanjog does reserve the right to deny. The awarded Green Badge as also the membership at Shadi Ka Sanjog may be terminated if the said individual indulges in abuse, presenting facts that are not true or any other illegal act of any nature.

Any member registered on Shadi Ka Sanjog, other than the Defence Forces Officers and their wards, who is seen as suitable to the group especially the aforementioned Defence Category.

This is not necessary, but Verified Badge Category members at Shadi Ka Sanjog can contact us for the necessary award of the Orange Batch. It is important to note that Staff at Shadi Ka Sanjog is already on the look out for suitable Select Individuals. We will get in touch with you for the necessary process.

A select panel of Shadi Ka Sanjog will speak to the identified individual for award of the Orange Batch. If found suitable the Orange Batch will be awarded. Right to award of the Orange Batch is reserved with Shadi Ka Sanjog.

There are no extra charges, just that the member should have paid his membership charges and be a Verified Badge holder.

It is priced at Rs 1995/- for 6 months. If renewed within the grace period of 1 month, the plan will be extended by 9 months at the same cost. For subsequent renewals , if renewed within the grace period of 1 month, the plan will get an extension of 1 year at the same cost for every renewal.

It is priced at Rs 6990/- for 6 months. If renewed within the grace period of 1 month, the plan will be extended by 9 months at the same cost. For subsequent renewals , if renewed within the grace period of 1 month, the plan will get an extension of 1 year at the same cost for every renewal.

If you do not renew your plan within the grace period of 1 month, you will need to re-register at the current rate, which may have changed. If the cost has increased, the new rate will apply. The new plan will come for a period of 06 months as in the case of the initial plan. It would be wise to ensure timely renewal if the need still persists.

At Shadi Ka Sanjog if a member is charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error or individual mistake, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

If someone falsely claims a defence background to avail of the discounted defence subscription and it is later discovered, the subscription will be cancelled without any refund.

Once your paid plan has been activated there is no refund possible. However, every refund request will be dealt on case-to-case basis. Any refund request must be raised within 7 days of the transaction through the email as provided under Contact Us.

Shadi Ka Sanjog reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member’s account without refund if the user indulges in submission of false information, creation of multiple accounts, misuse the platform by sending offensive/ abusive/ harassing messages to other members, making commercial use the platform for business promotion/ solicitation/ fraud, sharing Login credentials and allowing others to use their account, posting inappropriate content, undertaking privacy violations by sharing contact details/ photos/profiles of other members without their consent and indulging in Badge Misuse by misrepresenting background for green/orange badges.

In case of complaints or suspected violations, the platform may temporarily suspend a member’s account while the matter is under review.

Members whose accounts were suspended for minor violations may be reinstated after review, subject to compliance with rules. On the other hand accounts terminated for fraud, harassment or impersonation will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

In this situation, all access to paid features will be immediately revoked. Further data (messages, profile information, preferences) may be retained for legal or security reasons as per privacy policy, but will not be visible to other members.

Members may submit an appeal via email within 7 days of termination and the decision of Shadi Ka Sanjog shall be final.

We may verify IDs but cannot guarantee all details are accurate.

Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mediation. If unresolved, they shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar (UP). Courts in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar (UP) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Report it to us immediately. We will cooperate with authorities but are not financially liable for losses.

Profiles inactive for 06 months and not under any subscription plan may be removed. We will notify you before deletion.
