Once a subscription is purchased and the member profile is activated, the fee is non-refundable, even if the member does not use the service.
This is standard since your service is about access to a database and not guaranteeing matches.
Duplicate Payment Refunds
If a member is charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
Technical Issues / Failed Activation
If for some reason the subscription cannot be activated due to a system error and the member is unable to use any premium features, they will be eligible for a full refund.
Defence Discount Misuse
If someone falsely claims a defence background to avail of the discounted defence subscription, and it is later discovered, the subscription will be cancelled without any refund.
Non-Transferable
Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be paused, extended, or shifted to another member.
